Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what you may and may not create with FacelessPilot. It applies to prompts, reference materials, uploads, generated assets, final videos, account activity, and attempts to use the Service.

FacelessPilot is designed for lawful, original, and brand-safe creative work such as educational videos, documentary-style stories, explainers, animation, commentary, and marketing content for which you have the necessary rights.

Prohibited sexual content

You may not use FacelessPilot to create, request, upload, edit, or promote:

• pornography, nudity intended for sexual gratification, or sexually explicit content;
• sexually suggestive, provocative, fetish, or NSFW content;
• any sexualization, exploitation, or grooming of a minor or a person presented as a minor;
• non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving a real person; or
• advertising that describes generation as "uncensored," "unfiltered," "no filter," "NSFW," or "18+."

Prohibited harmful content

You may not use FacelessPilot for:

• face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or manipulation of a real person's face or voice;
• graphic gore, glorification of violence, threats, harassment, hate, or dehumanizing content;
• instructions that facilitate self-harm, crime, weapons, fraud, evasion, abuse, or unauthorized access;
• doxxing, stalking, privacy invasion, or disclosure of private personal information;
• false evidence, fabricated quotations attributed to real people, or misleading claims presented as verified fact;
• targeted political persuasion or high-risk misinformation about elections, health, emergencies, or public safety;
• guaranteed-income, get-rich-quick, or deceptive monetization claims;
• infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
• malware, spam, scraping abuse, service disruption, or attempts to bypass account, payment, quota, or safety controls; or
• any content or activity that is illegal, fraudulent, exploitative, or prohibited by Waffo Pancake or an applicable generation provider.

Required conduct

You must have permission to use submitted content and likenesses, review generated material before publishing, verify factual claims, label synthetic media when required, and comply with the rules of each platform where you publish.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, private credentials, confidential business information, or regulated data in prompts. Do not rely on generated output as personalized medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Safety and enforcement

FacelessPilot screens image and video prompts with Waffo Pancake Prompt Sift before sending them to a generation provider. Only prompts with an allow verdict are generated. A block verdict is rejected, and a review verdict is held until it can be resolved. Generation providers may also apply input and output safety checks.

Automated screening is one layer of enforcement, not permission to use content. We may also investigate reports, review relevant account activity and outputs, remove content, restrict generation, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, issue refunds where appropriate, or report unlawful conduct. Attempts to evade moderation are a violation of this AUP.

Reporting and questions

Report suspected abuse or ask whether a use case is permitted at [email protected]. Include enough detail for us to investigate, but do not email illegal or explicit material. We aim to respond within three business days.
